Yesterday I went to the doctor....... I got a locum and the first thing out of his mouth was 'Are you aware you are morbidly obese?' DAH.... Yes I am ....... 'You must lose 20kgs (44 pounds) in the next 18 months or you could die in the next five years from heart failure.......
OMG................... So this is a picture of me today at 127 kg or 279.4 pounds. I will weigh myself every friday and take a picture each week to show my progress so wish me luck :)
